HRPANO is excited to present our Annual Day of Learning on Emotional Intelligence and Positivity.
The Competencies of Emotional Intelligence (self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management) account for an individual's ability to understand their own and other's Emotional Intelligence and use that information to guide decision-making and actions. Research has shown that leaders who master the competencies of Emotional Intelligence have a distinct advantage.
This year's Day of Learning will be presented by Susanne Rotondo from RedShift Partnerships.
During our session, you will:
- Learn from the latest brain research about how your emotional state affects your cognitive functioning
- See why organizations that practice emotional intelligence and Positivity thrive
- Reflect on how your behavior and moods affects the people around you
- Practice Skills to deepen your own EI
