Please join us for a discussion on Succession Planning.

Succession planning is the process whereby an organization ensures that employees are recruited and developed to fill each key role within the company. In this process, you ensure that you will never have a key role open for which another employee is not prepared. This is also significant as you develop your talent bench strength  within your organization.

Please join us to explore Succession Planning and the tools necessary to achieve a great plan.

Our presenter is Aquila Leon-Soon.

Aquila Leon-Soon is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ATS+Partners (formerly Advance Talent Solutions Inc.). With almost two decades years of experience of supporting the impact of entrepreneurs and organizations, she is known for her strong background in capacity building and strategy.  Her firm delivers consulting services nationwide to mission-driven organizations such as New York City Department of Education, Echoing Green, Los Angeles Unified School District and Partnership for Children as well as entrepreneurs through NYC Small Business Services. Personally, Aquila received her Master's in Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School, a Master in Public Administration degree through the Mayor’s Scholarship Fund from Long Island University and graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Political Science and Philosophy. She is a resident of New Jersey where she resides with her husband to two beautiful daughters.
