Title:Director of Human Resources for Domestic and International Programs at Clinton Foundation
Philippe Rosen joined HRPANO in 2017, and serves in the program and membership committees. He was elected Treasurer in 2018. He joined the Clinton Foundation in January 2013, where he is the Director Human Resources, Domestic and of International Programs. Prior to that, he worked with the Innocence Project in 2012, returning to New York after a year and a half of support work for a research project that took him to the Democratic Republic of Congo, Sudan, Burundi, and Timor-Leste.
Philippe served as the Human Resource Director for Action Against Hunger (ACF-USA) between 2001 and 2010. He previously worked for eight years with various humanitarian organizations in Burundi, South Sudan, Azerbaijan, Rwanda, Albania, Indonesia, Australia, Kosovo, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. His roles included administrative coordination, technical and logistic coordination, field coordination, and country direction. He started his professional life as an accounting assistant with the Association Against Cancer in Brussels.
Born in Belgium, Philippe received a degree in economic, social, and political science from Saint Louis University in Brussels in 1989. He went on to receive a professional degree in accounting, graduating Cum Laude, at the School of Social Promotion and Continuous Training in Brussels in 1992.
